Sofia Pernas, a Moroccan born in California who grew up growing as a child in Orange County. Her big break occurred in 2015. She graduated in 2015 with a degrees from University of California San Diego. After making small appearances on NCIS and Leverage Pernas landed the role of Marisa Sierras on The Young and the Restless. After leaving the soap opera in the year 2016, she landed an appearance in Jane the Virgin as Catalina. The model who has four languages capabilities has been seen in the role of Hannah Rivera on The Brave since 2016, The Green Ghost in 2017 as well as Secret Society of Second Born Royals. She portrayed Lexi Vaziri on Blood & Treasure from 2019 to 2020. Us Weekly confirmed in May 2020 that Pernas is engaged to her former The Young and the Restless costar Justin Hartley. The romance came shortly after The This Is Us star split with her wife Chrishell Stause November of 2019. News was reported on May 20, 2021, in 2021 that Pernas and Hartley recently tied the knot with a private ceremony.
